Podcasting is not dead. It's going international.
Eurowaves #39
Hi podcasters,
A few updates before we get into today’s issue.
If you’re joining after The Podcast Show, hello and welcome!
Here’s a recap of the people because that’s what it’s about at the end of the day.
I also debriefed TPS with Elsie Escobar on the latest episode of In & Around Podcasting. The biggest takeaway: Podcasting is not dead. It’s going international. The European industry is promising and sought after from the independent level to all the key players.
We kicked off TPS with a Eurowaves meet-up:
Jullian Androkae and I spoke to James Cridland on Podnews Weekly Review about PodVision’s 500,000-download season of What Your Therapist Thinks and the practical launch levers: concept clarity, packaging, artwork and timing.
Now, let’s get into it!

The Connect With Purpose Project
Your purpose is not some distant destination reserved for a few—it’s already within you, waiting to be heard. Often, it’s in the quiet whispers we try to ignore that hold the key to our deepest calling. This podcast is about listening to those whispers and taking the first steps, even when it feels scary. Guests have faced the same struggles—feeling stuck, unsure, or burned out—but found their way by trusting that inner voice.
A space to chat with the cosmolatines who are at the forefront of culture. From here to the world. Cosmolatines who inspire us, who are fierce, who are the future. Now. You’ll find out about everything happening in culture and the arts created by Latinos in Europe: both those who live here and those just passing through. You’ll get to know emerging cosmolatines, hear about new projects and ideas, and find out which places are in and what’s coming next.
Inside an old, abandoned cardboard box, Caroline happens to find three audio cassettes recorded in the 1980s by her uncle Gianni, a psychologically fragile man who disappeared years ago. From the exact moment Caroline decides to press the play button on her tape recorder, everything changes for her. She gains access to the man’s inner, intimate, and visionary world, his words retracing the most tortuous chapters of his existence. From that point on, Caroline and Gianni’s destinies are intertwined forever.
